Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about generating and managing AI-powered sketchnotes.
How does SketchNote generate sketchnotes so quickly?
Our AI engine analyzes your text, articles, or transcripts, identifies the key ideas, and renders a balanced visual layout. Most sketchnotes are ready in under a minute, even for long-form content.
What happens to my sketchnotes after they’re generated?
Every sketchnote is stored in your personal library with its source link and version history so you can review, duplicate, and export whenever you like.
Do the pricing packs renew automatically?
Credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no auto-renewals. Most packs include an expiry window, while the Max pack credits do not expire.
How do credit expiration and free regenerations work?
Starter, Growth, and Pro credits expire in 30, 60, and 90 days respectively. Max credits never expire. Each pack also includes free first-regeneration slots equal to 10% of the pack credits.
Can I try SketchNote before purchasing credits?
Absolutely. New accounts include free starter credits so you can generate a few visuals, explore the dashboard, and decide which pack fits your workflow.
Do you support educators and teams?
We work with classrooms, workshops, and content teams. Reach out through the in-app support channel and we’ll help tailor credits and onboarding for your group.
Can I collaborate with teammates or clients?
No. We’re working on adding collaboration features to SketchNote, but it’s not available yet. Stay tuned for updates.
